School Management ERP & LMS

One system for the office and the classroom — admissions, fees, attendance, exams and timetables alongside assignments, online classes and a parent portal that actually gets used.

Education & Training

Administration and Learning on One Platform

Most schools end up running two disconnected systems: an accounting package that knows about fees, and whatever the teachers improvised for coursework. Parents then get their information from neither. The result is a fee defaulter list that nobody reconciles against attendance, exam results that live in spreadsheets, and a communication channel that is really just a messaging group.

Our school ERP puts administration and learning on the same platform. A student is admitted once and exists everywhere — in the fee ledger, the attendance register, the class timetable, the exam mark sheet and the parent portal. Teachers post assignments and grades against the same class records the office uses for billing, so nothing has to be reconciled between systems that were never meant to talk.

How It Works

Admitted Once, Known Everywhere

One student record that the office, the staff room and the parent all read from.

The office side, without the month-end scramble

Admission creates the student record, assigns the class and section, and applies the fee structure for that class including any concession or sibling discount. Instalments generate on schedule, receipts post to the ledger as they are collected in cash, by card, by bank transfer or through an online payment link, and the defaulter list is live rather than compiled. Attendance is taken daily or period-wise on a phone or tablet, with absence messages going to parents automatically the same morning. Examination marks are entered by subject teachers against the grading scheme you use, and report cards print in your school's own layout.

The classroom side, on the same records

Teachers work from the same class lists the office maintains. They post assignments with due dates and attachments, collect submissions online, run quizzes, share notes and recordings, and schedule online classes that students join from the portal or the app. Grades from coursework feed the same academic record as formal examinations, so a term report can show internal assessment and exam performance together. Because none of this is a separate product, there is no student to create twice and no roster to keep in step.

Parents who are actually informed

The parent portal and mobile app show one child or several: today's attendance, the fee balance with a payment link, homework due, circulars, exam schedules, report cards and teacher remarks. Parents get notifications for absence, fee due dates and results rather than having to ask. Schools consistently find this is the module that changes the relationship most — it removes a large share of front-office phone calls and it makes fee follow-up a notification rather than a confrontation.

FAQ

School ERP Questions

Common questions from school owners, principals and administrators.

Yes, and most schools do. We import the current student roster, opening fee balances and the running academic calendar, then bring modules live in sequence — usually admissions and fees first, attendance and the parent portal next, examinations before the term ends. Nothing requires you to wait for a session break.

No. Assignments, resources, submissions, quizzes and online classes run on the same platform and the same student and class records as the administrative modules. There is no separate login for teachers or students, and no synchronisation to maintain between an office system and a learning system.

Parents see the outstanding instalment in the portal or app and pay by card, bank transfer, wallet or a generated voucher, depending on the gateways available in your country. The receipt posts to the student ledger automatically and the parent gets a confirmation. Schools that prefer counter collection can run cash and cheque receipting exactly as before.

Yes. Fee heads, class-wise structures, concession categories, instalment calendars, late fee rules, grading schemes, weightages and the printed report card layout are all configured to your school during implementation rather than forced into a fixed template.

Yes. A group runs from one panel with a shared academic calendar and fee policy where you want consistency, and campus-level overrides where you do not. Consolidated strength, collection and performance reporting is available to the group office, while each principal and accountant sees their own campus.
